Associate Partner

Robert “Bob” Maggiore received his Bachelor of Architecture from Florida A&M University and a Minor of Interior Design from Florida State University in 1987.  He joined Bullock Tice Associates in 1999, and became Associate Partner in 2009, bringing in the third generation of Leadership.  Bob’s architectural design experience includes a resume of projects that range from laboratory, medical office buildings to airport design.  He offers extensive experience with the Department of Defense and has developed an excellent working relationship with various governmental agencies, including the Army Corps of Engineers, U.S. Air Force, Department of Veterans Affairs, and the Department of Navy (NAVFAC).  Bob has proven experience in achieving project success with traditional design-bid-build and design-build project delivery approaches.
