BTA  as partner to Structured Parking Solutions (SPS) studied 5 potential sites for parking garage developments to foster redevelopment and business growth in a coastal mixed-use district of downtown Myrtle Beach, SC for the Myrtle Beach Downtown Redevelopment Corporation (DRC).

The above shown picture happens to be site 1 on 7th Avenue North, which is a planned major thoroughfare that will bring visitors into this district.
