Baptist Hospital Medical Office Building

This project provides a two-story, 30,000 SF Medical Office Building (MOB) within an existing hospital campus. The MOB offers specialized physician practices including cardiology, nuclear medicine, orthopedics, pulmonary medicine, OB/GYN, family counseling, neurology and other similar specialized outpatient services.

The facility is integrated into the campus fabric and includes connective covered walkways from the parking areas to the MOB and the main hospital. The architectural style reflects the character established in the existing Hospital campus while providing a distinct and professional image for the MOB and its physician tenants.
