SOF Rotary Wing Hangar

FORT CAMPBELL, KY

The project provides a new rotary-wing aircraft operation maintenance hangar and parking apron for the 160th Special Operations Aviation Training Battalion (SOATB). The purpose of the 100,000 SF, four module hangar is to facilitate maintenance and repair to rotary-wing aircraft. The facility includes parts and tool storage rooms as well as space for administrative operations, aviation (flying) operations and all support equipment and facilities. The project also includes multiple training classrooms for MH-47, MH-60 and MH-6 aircraft.
