The project provides a four-story, 40,105 SF mixed use facility which includes 12,070 SF of retail shops as well as 21 luxury condominiums with floor to ceiling glass, ocean view dining balconies and private elevator access for unit owners. These units are two-bedroom and are each approximately 1,335 SF. The facility also includes future office building and restaurant space.
