Crystal Shores East and West Condominiums

GULF SHORES, AL

The phased project provides two condominiums. Phase I of the project resulted in Crystal Shores East; an 88 unit, 14-story high rise condominium with a two-level parking deck. Phase II resulted in the adjacent Crystal Shores West Condominium; a 100 unit, 14-story condominium with a 3-level parking structure of approximately 200 spaces. Amenities for both condominiums include beachfront sundeck, indoor/outdoor pools, health club, gaming room and covered parking.
