Larry W. Adams Jr. AIA, RIBA, NCARB, LEED AP
Partner, Architect
From an early age, Larry had a passion for architecture and became a residential designer in high school before attending Auburn University for his Bachelor of Architecture degree in 1996. Over his 27-year career, he has worked in a variety of project sectors, including Federal, Educational, and local governmental projects. Recently, Larry’s focus has been dedicated to hospitality projects along the Florida coast. He has successfully developed numerous hospitality resorts, collaborating with renowned brands such as Hilton, IHG Resorts, Hyatt, and Marriott. Larry takes pleasure in working closely with developers to fully understand their program requirements, enabling him to craft exceptional resort destinations. Larry’s projects have won multiple awards from a variety of prominent hotel brands.
“In resort design, you are not just designing a temporary space to rest, you are making a lifetime of memories for someone. You set the backdrop for every picture taken while on vacation and every time someone revisits those pictures or they show up in their timeline on social media, you become a part of their story. It’s a great honor to be a contributor to someone’s lasting experience.”
One significant milestone in Larry's career was when he orchestrated a cross-functional team to manage the relocation of the United States Army's 7th Special Forces Group from Fort Bragg to Duke Field. Additionally, Larry continues to uphold the value of hand drawing in architecture and appreciates the excitement that a sketch can bring to clients and projects. Driven by this passion, he delved into the art of crafting his own pens using a diverse range of wood species and custom resins. This endeavor allowed him to achieve the ideal balance and weight in a writing utensil, culminating in the creation of a perfect sketching tool.

Bob Maggiore, RA, LEED AP
Principal Architect
In 1987, Bob graduated from Florida A&M University with a Bachelor of Architecture, launching his Architectural career. Throughout the past three decades, Bob has dedicated his career to Department of Defense (DoD) and other federal agency clients throughout the southeastern region. Notably, his portfolio includes collaborations with esteemed organizations such as the US Army Corps of Engineers, NAVFAC SE, and US Air Force. Bob’s passion for federal projects presents him with valuable opportunity to lead professional design teams and develop specialized design solutions that address the intricate challenges faced by DoD clients.
With over 36 years of experience, several of Bob’s designs have been recognized with Merit Awards for Facility Design by the US Air Force Design Awards Program, signifying his unwavering commitment in delivering exceptional facility designs. As a long-standing member of the Society of Military Engineers (SAME) and a USGBC LEED AP Accredited Professional, Bob possesses extensive knowledge and expertise in incorporating sustainable design solutions into project designs. His expertise allows him to meet federal High-Performance Sustainable Building requirements, with validation by USGBC and GBCI through a rigorous third-party certification process.
When Bob is not fully engaged in his career passions, he enjoys spending quality time with his family, watching and attending college sports events, outdoor activities, and attending live music performances. Although Bob only plays air drums, he and his wife’s passion for music encouraged all three of his children, who are now young adults, to join the Booker T. Washington High School marching band for all 4 years. During this time, they learned how to march, play saxophone, bassoon, trombone, and flute, as well as leadership skills. One item on Bob’s bucket list is to watch a live music performance at Red Rocks Amphitheater in Colorado and hopes it will happen soon, maybe even more than once!
